Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by Cloud Electricals Co (مؤسسة سحابة الكهرباء للتجارة), Commercial Registration 1010814785, with its head office at 8035 Al Adel Al Waidh, Al Amal Dist., Riyadh 12643, Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we handle personal data connected with this website and our sales or project-support communications.

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to sales@cloudventsa.com.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

  • Contact and business details: name or company name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, and project city.
  • Project and technical details: application, installation type, airflow, duct or opening size, voltage, quantity, drawings, BOQ information, photos, and notes you choose to provide.
  • Communication records: messages and follow-up information sent through the website, WhatsApp, telephone, or email.
  • Technical and security data: IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and server or security logs processed by our hosting providers.
  • Analytics data: page and device usage information collected by Google Analytics only after you accept analytics on this website.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, sensitive personal data, or confidential project material through a general inquiry unless we have agreed on an appropriate channel.

How and why we use information

We use the information for the purpose it was provided and for related business administration, including to:

  • respond to product, quotation, document, and project-support requests;
  • review application details and communicate about suitable product categories;
  • prepare quotations, maintain inquiry or transaction records, and coordinate agreed supply requirements;
  • protect the website, prevent abuse, diagnose technical problems, and maintain service availability; and
  • understand website usage and improve content when analytics consent has been provided.

Our basis for processing depends on the situation and may include your consent, steps requested before a business transaction, performance of an agreement, applicable legal duties, or a permitted legitimate interest that does not override your rights.

Quote forms and communication channels

When you submit a quotation form, the website sends the entered details to our lead-handling service so our team can review and respond. A separate WhatsApp action prepares a structured message and opens WhatsApp; the message is sent only when you choose to send it in WhatsApp.

Telephone, email, WhatsApp, and any linked third-party service operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Review the information before sending it and use a secure agreed channel for confidential documents.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

When analytics is enabled, the website uses essential browser storage to remember your choice. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure page use, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location. We enable IP anonymization in our website configuration.

When the analytics control is available, you can reject non-essential analytics on the consent banner or reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing, calling, using WhatsApp, or submitting a quotation request.

Service providers, sharing, and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We may make data available only as needed to providers that support website hosting and security, analytics, lead recording, business email, and communication services, or to professional advisers and authorities where required by applicable law.

Some service providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia. Where this occurs, we seek to use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational measures and handle transfers in line with applicable Saudi data-protection requirements.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and business records only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, manage a quotation or supply relationship, resolve disputes, protect the website, and meet accounting, tax, or other legal recordkeeping requirements. Data that is no longer required should be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived where continued retention is legally necessary.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, email, messaging platform, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing rules, you may have rights to be informed, access or obtain a copy of personal data, request correction or completion, request destruction when applicable, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Send a request using the contact details above. We may need to verify identity and may retain information where an applicable legal obligation or permitted exception requires it. You may also contact the competent Saudi authority about unresolved data-protection concerns.

Children and policy updates

This is a business-to-business industrial supply website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal data from anyone under 18 through the quotation process.

We may revise this policy when our forms, service providers, analytics, business processes, or legal requirements change. The latest revision date will always be displayed at the top of this page.
